Excerpts from our exclusive interview with him:

Talk us through your background and your journey as an entrepreneur, please;

Right from the very beginning I was more intrigued in planning things my way and make my divergent path. I completed my schooling from Kendriya Vidyalaya and started giving private tuitions and kept on increasing the requisite knowledge in my field. After that, I joined Mobikwik, which gave a new direction to my life as it helped to gain practical exposure and how things actually work. After gaining this experience I decided to become an entrepreneur as the jobs I was switching was not giving me the platform to execute my innovative plans and contribution that I could contribute to this industry. I have always been an enthusiastic person and always aspired to be one of the youngest achievers in all walks of life.

Why entrepreneurship over a corporate career?

Some jobs have a growth cap and you can only advance so far. When you are an entrepreneur,

there is no growth ceiling. I chose entrepreneurship because it gave me the freedom to work. Being an entrepreneur means every single decision that involves your business is your responsibility, from the initial concept and branding to the growth and goal setting. Entrepreneurship has no boundaries.

How is your service different from other players? Tell us more about your service and your start-up’s journey this far?

We do not outsource the outsourced. We provide in-house delivery projects that are designed according to the requirements of our clients. Around 30% of companies fail due to poor communication channels. We make sure that we keep communication channels intact for our clients. From small to large businesses, we focus on understanding what our ideal client really wants and make sure we deliver it better than anyone else. A vision without a strategy remains an illusion, therefore, we strategize the accurate plan of action and emphasize on providing the most efficient service to our clients.

Please share with us some of the challenges you faced in your journey;

An entrepreneur’s life is not enviable, at least in the beginning. It’s extremely easy to get discouraged when something goes wrong or when you’re not growing as fast as you’d like. One of the best ways to deal with this is to work on your goals and tasks lists. When you’re down and lack motivation, look at your lists and know that the tasks you do today are contributing to your goals.

Both venture investors and strategic investors expect to see a concise and interesting summary of the business before they will even consider taking a meeting. Therefore, it’s crucial that a startup creates a great investor pitch deck that tells a compelling story and shows scalability.

What is your Business Mantra: Money or Emotions?

Being a businessman, I always thought about profitability, so I always try to create a profit-first

model, It’s hard to be dispassionate about money, but honestly, it’s really the best way to get issues solved. You have to look at it from a practical standpoint, determine what is the best thing for you to do with your time right now, and create value for every second. But with that, we maintain great relationships with our customers and have permanent clients who rely on us for a very long time.

The money will not fundamentally change who you are or what you believe. At your core, you will still be the same person with or without money.

Our business mantra is to benefit our customers with the best services. So much of the business world is based on simple trust and on the timeless idea of human relationships. Businesses need each other, and people like to buy from companies that they like and trust and can count on. You might find that building stronger emotional connections is not just about having a well-written website or a well-designed product.

How do you handle the pressure and manage stress?

Rather than seeing the pressure of the moment as a threat toward your self-worth, look at it as an opportunity to challenge yourself. Have fun with it. Whenever we get queries from a client, we try to solve it with different possible ways depending upon the client’s requirement. There is no such pressure when you love your work. Generally, it is a part of your job and you like to do it.

What has worked well for you so far?

Perseverance i.e. While coping up with highs and lows we always stand strong at that moment & observe the situation that what improvement every situation demands. That is where tenacity and believing in yourself and your team and your business is required. Continuous learning is the minimum requirement for success in any field.

In your opinion what are the keys to success?

People often look for the key to success, assuming that there’s a shortcut for it. There’s no shortcut to success The price of success is hard work, dedication to the job at hand, and the determination that whether we win or lose, we have applied the best of ourselves to the task at hand. We are currently focusing on reaching the planned position of our company in the near future and focus on teamwork, goals and a powerful belief system.

We would love to know your advice for all those starting out as an aspiring entrepreneur?

Learn decision-making: Make decisions instantly.

Don’t make the right decisions, take decisions & make them right.

Be truthful, have an ability to give and take and value feedbacks.
