Could you please talk us through your background and your journey?
My journey as a CEO began with a humble Ganesha chowki, which I crafted and sold for just ₹150. To my surprise and delight, I received an order for 100 pieces within a week.
That one spark ignited a deeper purpose, and what started as a small step soon turned into a thriving business. Today, I design and deliver marble idols valued at ₹12–15 lakhs and beyond. Each creation is a tribute to devotion, craftsmanship, and the power of starting small with big intentions.
I began my career with over 5 years in the BPO industry as a Spanish language analyst, honing my skills in customer service, communication, and client relationship management. During this time, I worked with renowned organisations like Convergys and Global Vantage, excelling in customer engagement and sales roles — experiences that laid a strong foundation for my entrepreneurial path.
With these insights and a passion for creation, I launched Jaipur Bizzarre — a journey that’s now over 15 years strong. What began with a single handcrafted Ganesha chowki sold for ₹150 has grown into a thriving marble idol business, with bespoke creations valued at ₹12–15 lakhs and beyond.
Outside of work, I’m committed to personal wellness — regular gym and yoga sessions keep me energised, focused, and feeling my best. I’m also deeply passionate about continuous learning, always exploring new skills and perspectives. This growth-oriented mindset fuels not just my personal development but also my approach to leadership and business.
How did you discover your passion?
For me, discovering my passion wasn’t instant — it was a journey of exploration and self-discovery. Through a series of experiences, I realised I was deeply drawn to the beauty and artistry of marble products.
The turning point came when I sold a handcrafted item for ₹150, which I had originally made for ₹50. That moment didn’t just bring profit — it brought purpose. It ignited a passion that would go on to shape my entrepreneurial journey with Jaipur Bizzarre.

Despite the challenges, what keeps you going when things get tough?
Over the years, I’ve realised I’m deeply drawn to creative problem-solving and helping others grow. The spark truly ignited when I worked on a project that brought these two passions together — blending strategy with empathy.
It was in that moment I understood how fulfilling it is to create meaningful impact, and that realisation has guided my path ever since.”
What are the most important lessons you have learned in your life?
1. Resilience has been one of the most important lessons in my journey. Life is full of highs and lows, and learning to bounce back from setbacks — while adapting to new challenges — has been essential. It’s not just about enduring tough times, but about emerging stronger, wiser, and more determined each time.
2. Empathy and understanding have been cornerstones of my personal and professional life. Treating others with kindness, compassion, and respect hasn’t just strengthened my relationships — it has broadened my perspective. It’s through truly listening and seeing the world through others’ eyes that I’ve been able to lead more meaningfully and connect more deeply.
3. Continuous learning has been a guiding force in my journey. Embracing growth, staying curious, and learning from every experience have helped me navigate life’s complexities with confidence and adaptability. It’s this mindset that keeps me evolving — both personally and professionally.
4. The concept of universal power suggests an all-encompassing force or energy that connects and sustains everything in the universe, often associated with spiritual, philosophical, or metaphysical beliefs. To cultivate awareness of this universal power, one can engage in practices like meditation, mindfulness, or reflection to foster a sense of interconnectedness and inner harmony, recognizing that this power resides within and around us, guiding our actions and experiences. Embracing this awareness can inspire a deeper sense of purpose, compassion, and unity with others and the world.
In your opinion, what are the keys to success?
a) Clear goals have always given my journey direction and momentum. By setting specific, measurable, and achievable objectives, I stay focused, track progress, and bring structure to my vision. Clear intentions lead to purposeful action — and that’s where real growth happens.
b) Hard work and persistence are the engines that drive my success. I believe in putting in consistent effort, pushing through obstacles, and staying focused on the goal, even when the journey gets tough. It’s through dedication and perseverance that lasting results are achieved.
c) Adaptability and resilience go hand in hand in my journey. Being open to change, learning from failures, and bouncing back from setbacks have enabled me to navigate uncertainty and keep moving forward with confidence and strength.
d) Continuous learning means staying curious, actively seeking knowledge, and constantly improving my skills to grow both personally and professionally.
e) A supportive network is invaluable. Surrounding myself with people who encourage, motivate, and challenge me creates the foundation for growth, resilience, and success.
What advice would you give students and young professionals who want to have a successful career?
> Setting clear goals means defining your aspirations with clarity and creating a strategic roadmap to achieve them. This focus transforms dreams into actionable steps.
> Developing a growth mindset means embracing challenges, learning from failures, and committing to continuous improvement. It’s the key to unlocking potential and achieving lasting success.

> Staying adaptable means being open to new opportunities, technologies, and trends, allowing you to evolve and thrive in an ever-changing world.
> Prioritising self-care is essential for maintaining a healthy work-life balance and nurturing both physical and mental well-being. Taking time to recharge empowers sustained focus and resilience.
