Excerpts from our exclusive interview with Khushboo:
Could you please talk us through your background and your journey?
I come from a decent family in Mumbai. I completed my journalism and then moved on to become an independent individual by doing several odd jobs. I even tried my hand in modelling, and later, life gave me an opportunity to become a live show host.
I’ve hosted more than 500+ shows globally. Alongside, I was also learning music because I’ve always believed in picking up new skills and experiences wherever possible.
How did you discover your passion?
Reading books was something I always picked up on and off. But it was last year when I seriously got into it — I read around 50 books in 30 days, sometimes finishing 2 books a day. Writing a book had always been on my checklist too.
I’m a very active person and a quick learner. I love to learn new things that life offers. Sitting idle is just not my thing.
Who do you believe has been the biggest source of motivation in your daily life?
Honestly, I get inspired by good work — from everyone. I love listening to people’s stories because I believe every person is silently fighting their own battles. Whenever I talk to someone, I always try to understand them, and somewhere in those conversations, I find motivation too.
What are some of the strategies that you believe have helped you grow as a person?
I don’t have any fixed strategies. I’ve just held tight to my good habits. I truly believe having good habits will always keep a person growing in life.
And for me, growth is more about internal growth — the way you think, your behaviour, your eating habits, and how you treat others. That’s what matters.
In your opinion, what are the keys to success?
Consistency is what I’ve discovered. Commitment towards yourself is very important. Forming good habits, choosing the right people to sit with, and having self-discipline — these things make your journey smoother.
For me, success isn’t a big deal. What truly matters is having a beautiful and meaningful journey.
What advice would you give to our readers?
Read books. Believe in yourself. Don’t entertain unwanted noise or toxic friends and family — it’s okay to keep your distance. Focus on your growth, your peace, and your mindset. And most importantly — stop scrolling aimlessly and start actually living.
