Excerpts from our exclusive interview with Jagruti:
What inspired you to dedicate your work to helping people overcome stress and emotional pain?
My journey into this work didn’t begin as a profession—it began as a personal transformation.
There was a phase in my life where, from the outside, everything looked perfectly fine. I was fulfilling all my roles—a mother, a wife, and a professional. But internally, I was navigating emotional turbulence—confusion, stress, and a deep search for meaning and peace.
During that time, I realized something profound: people don’t struggle because of their situations as much as they struggle because of how they process their emotions.
That realization became my turning point. Instead of ignoring my inner world, I chose to understand it. I immersed myself in self-work—studying mindset, emotions, subconscious patterns, and healing modalities like NLP and meditation. As I transformed internally, my health improved, my clarity deepened, and most importantly, I experienced a sense of peace that wasn’t dependent on external circumstances.
That’s when I knew—this work is not just for me. As I began working with more people, I noticed an important gap. Many individuals wanted to heal, but struggled to fully express themselves in English. Their emotions were deeper than the language they were using.
That’s when I chose to bridge this gap by offering NLP coaching in Gujarati. Because when people are able to think, feel, and express in their mother tongue, something shifts. They open up more easily, connect more honestly, and the transformation becomes far more real and lasting.
Today, when I see women silently carrying emotional pain, self-doubt, or relationship struggles, I don’t just see their pain—I see their potential.
My work is not just about solving problems. It’s about helping people reconnect with their true self, reclaim their emotional strength, and realize that happiness is not something to chase—it’s something we create from within. For me, this is not just a career. It is a purpose.
You combine NLP, mindfulness, and energy tools—how do these approaches work together to create real transformation?
I believe true transformation is not one-dimensional—it must happen at the level of mind, emotions, and energy together.
That’s why I integrate NLP, mindfulness, and energy work.
NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) helps work with the subconscious mind, where most of our patterns, fears, and emotional triggers are stored. It allows us to reprogram limiting beliefs at their root.
Mindfulness brings awareness. It helps individuals observe their thoughts and emotions in the present moment, creating space to respond consciously instead of reacting automatically.
Energy work addresses the emotional weight we carry. When our emotional energy is blocked or heavy, it creates feelings of overwhelm and stagnation. Releasing this creates lightness, clarity, and flow.
So the process is not just about understanding the problem— it’s about rewiring the mind, balancing emotions, and aligning energy.
That’s why the transformation is deep, natural, and lasting.
Many people struggle silently with emotional pain—what are the signs they should not ignore?
Emotional pain often shows up silently in everyday life.
Some key signs people should not ignore include:
> Constant mental exhaustion, even when life appears normal
> Overthinking, especially at night
> Emotional triggers from small situations
> A sense of emptiness or disconnection
> Low self-worth or constant self-doubt
> Changes in sleep, appetite, or energy levels
> Smiling outwardly while struggling internally
The biggest mistake people make is assuming it will pass.
But unprocessed emotions accumulate. Over time, they affect mental well-being, relationships, decision-making, and even physical health.
My message is simple: If your inner world feels disturbed, it deserves your attention.
What is one powerful NLP technique that can instantly shift someone’s negative mindset?
One powerful technique is reframing.
It involves changing the meaning you assign to a situation.
For example: Instead of asking, “Why is this happening to me?” Ask, “What is this trying to teach me?”
This small shift moves you from helplessness to empowerment.
Another quick tool is a pattern interrupt—breaking a negative thought cycle through physical or mental shifts like deep breathing or changing your focus.
The key is understanding: Your thoughts are not facts—they are interpretations.
Why do you think so many people today feel stuck, anxious, or disconnected despite external success?
Because people have achieved what they were taught to chase—but lost connection with themselves along the way.
We’ve been conditioned to focus on the outer world—success, validation, expectations—but not taught how to understand our inner world.
So even when everything looks perfect externally, internally there is pressure, confusion, and emptiness.
Another reason is suppressed emotions. People don’t process what they feel—they ignore or distract themselves. But those emotions remain and create anxiety and heaviness.
Many are also living based on expectations rather than alignment.
So there is success—but no fulfillment. Movement—but no direction. Connection—but still loneliness.
The real shift begins when we reconnect with ourselves.
How can someone begin their journey toward inner peace when they feel overwhelmed or lost?
The first step is to pause.
You don’t have to fix everything at once.
Start by asking: “What am I truly feeling right now?”
This creates awareness and distance from the emotion.
Then focus on calming the nervous system—through breathing, silence, or grounding.
Allow yourself to express rather than suppress—through journaling or conversations.
And most importantly, be gentle with yourself.
Inner peace is not something you achieve—it’s something you allow.
What is the biggest myth people have about healing and emotional well-being?
The biggest myth is that healing means never feeling negative emotions again.
Healing is not about constant positivity—it’s about understanding and managing your emotions.
Another myth is that healing is a one-time fix.
In reality, it’s a continuous journey of awareness and growth.
Can you share a real-life transformation story where your work created a breakthrough?
I worked with a woman who seemed to have everything externally, but internally felt drained and disconnected.
She carried years of suppressed emotions—guilt, resentment, and pain.
Through NLP and emotional healing work, she began releasing these patterns.
I remember her saying, “I feel lighter… like something has been lifted.”
That shift impacted her emotional well-being and even her physical health.
Because when we release what we carry inside, transformation happens naturally.
What simple daily practices would you recommend for managing stress and staying emotionally balanced?
a) Practice conscious breathing for a few minutes daily
You are also an author—can you tell us about your books and what inspired you to write them?
Writing is a natural extension of my inner journey.
My Gujarati book, “Krushna ni Vedana Mari Kalame,” reflects devotion, emotions, and the deeper essence of Lord Krishna. It connects readers to spirituality in a simple yet profound way.
For younger readers, “The Magical Wishbook” introduces the power of thoughts, imagination, and belief. It encourages children to dream, believe in themselves, and create their own magic.
Through both books, my intention is to inspire, connect, and awaken something within.
If someone listening today is going through a tough phase, what is one message you’d want them to remember?
This phase is not your final destination.
It may feel overwhelming, but don’t make permanent conclusions based on temporary emotions.
You are not stuck—you are in a phase of transformation.
Allow yourself to pause, feel, and heal.
And most importantly, don’t go through it alone.
You are stronger than you feel right now.
And this phase is not here to break you— It is here to transform you.
