Excerpts from our exclusive interview with Dr Gaurav Shukla:

Why did you choose entrepreneurship over a job?

After working for 16 yrs I realized the need for a Training & Consulting company which acts as a Bridge between Indian Traditional System and Western Research Studies so that a better tactical system be evolved and for that, I studied all epics & ved puraan and content in Sanskrit and created meaningful models.

How do you find the industry/niche that you’re in?

It’s a quarks market, nothing scientific no benchmarks, I rarely found people who were well-read on our traditional wisdom practices so I decided to become an ecosystem where Mantra Chikitsa becomes a benchmark our domain Starts when there is no Doctor &medicine available even then BeejMantra works.

What gets you out of bed in the morning i.e. what’s your source of motivation?

Manushya Aakarshan ka daas hai aur naveenta ka pujari its an old saying, there is so much of newness in our Vedic, puranic and Tantrik text,  I would say not just in but at night, it usually happens.  am always fond of figuring out something niche or new, which may create a proposition for me and the public at large. I usually keep this mode on all the times and it serves the source of my motivation all the time. Today we have developed a niche that whatever is happening in the world today which Western thinks as invention, I can prove its a discovery from our traditional wisdom textes  Also, I am currently in the process of developing something niche on COVID-19

What challenges/obstacles did you face in your journey so far?

Burning all the savings and borrowing from all of my friends and family but I received help from every corner of my life which was the biggest help I received. My line of action was very niche and unique and COVID-19  gave me that opportunity. People are not ready to think, making them realize the need for the training was the biggest challenge, with the flexible thought process. Although, with a clearly defined process, and innovative means to reach out to search resources, we are confident enough that we will mitigate it.

What comes first for you – money or emotions?

I neither have emotions nor Money I just have a Purpose. Laxmi is Lakshayte it’s Laxmi (where there is purpose there is Laxmi. So I focused on my purpose of Life. Money is obviously the priority but I believe if your value creation process is right for others, the money will automatically come as an outcome of it.

How do you handle the pressure and manage stress?

Never had any stress as there I have successfully felt something is dragging me all the time It was a challenging task as the sector for which we were executing it, was complicated. Even, parallel hired consultants were not that effective as compared to our work, and Organisation fired them. But due to the continuous trust of my immediate supervisor in me, I have been able to carry out successfully.

What is one strategy that you believe has helped you grow as a person/startup?

In my journey so far what has helped me immensely is the zeroing mistakes and learning from my mistakes and the biggest mistake we commit by not listening to our inner voice.

In your opinion what are the keys to success?

Waiting for your turn the divine will always give you a chance, Entrepreneurship Knowledge, Risk Calculation, Distinction to Distinguish, Creativity & innovation & above all understanding of LifeCycle

What advice would you give to someone starting out as an aspiring entrepreneur?

Create a purpose for yourself, why God created you, investing time in this way will give you better answers I always work on a tag line ‘add value to get value’. Purpose of God is a distribution of nourishment of Individuals

The prime focus should be on sharing the burden of GOD for his creation you will always get fast results I believe, rest things will automatically set with time. Also, if you are starting up a venture, feel free to reach out to us. You will find us a great partner or mentor to you with innovative means.
