At BrilliantRead Media, we always strive to bring meaningful and powerful stories from India and around the world to empower and motivate our growing community. As part of this endeavour, we invited Krupa Shah for an exclusive interview with us. Krupa is an Entrepreneur and Founder at KARM Digital. Let’s learn more about her background, journey and her advice for our community!

Excerpts from our exclusive interview with Krupa:

Could you please talk us through your background and your journey?

By education, I am deeply rooted in technology; by passion, creatively driven. My journey began with a Master’s in Computer Applications, where I developed a strong appreciation for systems, logic, and structured thinking.

Over the past 12 years, I’ve had the privilege of working with brands such as Amazon, PVR, and Myntra, experiences that allowed me to bridge the gap between technology and human intent.

Working across retail, infrastructure, and healthcare taught me a vital lesson: sustainable growth is never about tools alone — it demands context-driven strategy and clarity of purpose.

This realisation ultimately led me to found Karm Digital, built on the belief that true digital success should move beyond shortcuts and instead be grounded in clarity, ethics, and long-term impact in an increasingly complex landscape.

How did you discover your passion?

My passion began with a simple curiosity about exploring creative websites and digital experiences. I was captivated by how digital spaces could be both highly functional and aesthetically compelling.

What started as curiosity gradually evolved into a deeper interest in blending technical systems with human storytelling. That intersection ultimately became the foundation of my career: helping brands build clarity, express authenticity, and drive meaningful, sustainable growth.

Who has been your biggest source of motivation in daily life?

My greatest motivation stems from the philosophy of Karm — the belief that our actions shape our outcomes. I find purpose in being mindful of the relationship between what we consume, both mentally and physically, and the energy we contribute back into the world.

For me, motivation is not a fleeting emotion; it is responsibility with intent. It is a commitment to ensure that every strategy I design and every brand I partner with evolves meaningfully — guided by ethics, clarity, and long-term thinking.

What strategies have helped you grow as a person?

My growth has been anchored in a simple principle: never stop exploring. By nurturing curiosity and sustaining a genuine sense of interest, I’ve continuously strengthened the bridge between my technical foundation and creative instincts.

This journey is guided by the philosophy of Karm — balancing awareness, responsibility, and intentional action to ensure that growth is never accidental, but meaningful.

In your opinion, what are the keys to success?

Success, to me, is grounded in consistency and the resilience to embrace failure as a natural part of progress. It is not defined by a single milestone, but by the discipline of showing up each day with responsibility and purpose — even when the path is uncertain.

Every setback carries a lesson. When guided by curiosity and sustained by persistence, challenges become catalysts for steady, meaningful evolution.

What advice would you give to our readers?

Transform your relationship with setbacks. The greater the failure, the greater the opportunity for growth and success.

Do not fear obstacles — meet them with consistency, curiosity, and responsibility with purpose.

Stay resilient. Stay aware. Trust your Karm.
