As part of this endeavour, we invited a passionate entrepreneur – Madhu Kalidindi for an exclusive interview with us. She is an Entrepreneur, Leader, Mentor, Consultant and Coach. Madhu is the Co-Founder of Blueprint. Let’s learn more about her exciting journey, her background and her advice for our growing community.

Excerpts from our exclusive interview with Madhu:

Talk us through your background and your journey, please;

I’m a Management Professional with 18+ years of multi-domain industry and entrepreneurial experience.

I’ve contributed in areas related to HR Policy & Practice, Leadership training management, e-Learning & content creation, Project management in IT Services, Corporate Communication, Branding and Microfinance.”

Spent substantial time in business integration effort related to Corporate HR Practices, Leadership Development, Employee Experience, HR Compliance & Reporting. Managed multi-site practice implementation and worked with multi-cultural teams.

I’m an alumnus of Maharishi University of Management, GITAM University, and Good Shepherd Public School, Ooty. The boarding environment all through my formative years has led me to imbibe certain core values that have become part of me – discipline, independence, self-reliance, camaraderie and well-roundedness.

The zest to experience life has led me to several paths but the one constant has been my love for excellence in every step I took and every direction I turned.

What made you passionate about ‘Coaching’?

I’ve always been naturally inclined to contribute to people and over the years, I have found a lot of meaning while extending both personal and professional support. It allowed me to grow as a human being.”

I have spent many hours listening to people’s situations and their contexts and I’ve found the experience rewarding. When my mentor suggested Coaching as a professional pursuit, I enrolled for the ICF ACC Coach Training and by the end of it, I knew I had found my purpose.

At the moment, I’m on my way to getting credentialled. When I started my 100 hours of coaching, I realized with each session that I was growing as a human being. I began to experience fulfilment, a sense of oneness and the potential of resourcefulness.

This validated my decision to pursue this life science and art. There is no greater joy than seeing my clients grow, expand and break barriers. My days feel complete when I coach.

‘Blueprint’ is such a unique name; talk us through more about it, please. Our audience would also love to know what kind of problem you are solving?

Each of us is a unique blueprint capable of living fully to its design. Yet, we find ourselves distancing ourselves from our life’s potential.

Our mission at Blueprint is to get our clients closer to themselves so that they have the power to overcome their perceived limitations, achieve their goals and sustain their growth.

The effort is only to reorganize, realign and reorient our clients to their original blueprints.”

Our coaching conversations are driven towards discovering the know-how of what our clients wish to accomplish through defined actionables.

The conversations help in dealing with volatility, uncertainty, ambiguity and complexity through a structured breakdown of ideas and thoughts.

The objective is to operate from a lens of clarity so that they can take charge of their decisions.”

How do you manage to keep going despite the challenges? What drives you?

For us, a challenge is a seed of opportunity to re-look, re-think, re-set and re-evaluate to impact change. A challenge is always a good problem to have since it has the potential for breakthroughs, it in fact, drives us to break conventions and look at possibilities.

Who do you believe has been the biggest source of motivation in your daily life?

I draw inspiration from the wonder that life offers every day.

The many layers of nature keep me grounded and help me assimilate and synthesize my thoughts.

Also, what keeps us ticking is the opportunity that gets presented to us to contribute.

Madhu Kalidindi

What are some of the strategies that you believe has helped you grow as a person?

Being curious, learning every day, exploring the new, reflecting, taking action and being grateful have been core to my growth.

What about your journey makes it satisfying/exciting?

Transformation! As a Coach, we are witness to the process of metamorphosis that our clients, as well as us, go through together and that is exciting and fulfilling.

You are always positive and motivated, what keeps you going?

For me, life is beautiful.

It is a projection of my energy, so I continue to attract positivity and that keeps me going.

Also, I learn so much every day from my 14-year-old daughter who challenges me on the fundamental nature of my mind.”

Please share with us, how do you motivate your clients?

We honour them for who they are and we are sensitive towards them.

We assist them to go beyond their current perspective and help them to reflect and realize what choices they can make for their success and wellness.

We operate like a shadow in their progress and success.

What are the business mantras you have embraced as you sought to establish your success story?
