Let’s learn more about her background, inspiring journey so far and advice for our growing community!
Excerpts from our exclusive interview with Manasi:
Could you please talk us through your background and your journey, please;
For the past decade, I have been a wellness coach and counsellor, specializing in astrology, numerology, psychic reading, reiki, graphology and NLP. My work was recognized by Zestin & Arise Media, resulting in me receiving the accolade of Spiritual Influencer of the Year from Mr Vivek Oberoi.
I completed my formal education at St Mary’s School and obtained a Masters’ in Advertising and Communication from a renowned institute in Delhi.
My first brush with occult science was when I was merely in 7th grade and by a chance encounter, I happened to lay my hands upon a book on palmistry at a book fair, which I had visited as part of the school programme.
My curious nature and unsatiated inquisitiveness led me to finish that book in a go. From then on, I was passionate about helping others with whatever little knowledge I had.
However, with time my hunger to know more and explore kept on growing and I wanted to dive deeper to understand these in detail.
After having worked across Corporate Sector for almost 8-9 years, I started pursuing advanced courses in various subjects like Astrology, Vaastu, Numerology etc and participated in various energy workshops and meditations to assist people in finding their alignment.
My fascination with Indian history, the works of sages of India and its temples, further fueled my curiosity about the workings of planets in individual birth charts and how they govern an individual’s life from the sky.
I am a staunch believer in the fact that Astrology, Numerology and Vastu are all forms of divination which rely heavily on the notion that all things in this world are interconnected and that knowledge can be gained through understanding this connection and then utilizing this knowledge for the betterment of self and others.
How did you discover your passion?
I have always been very emotional and sensitive since childhood and could easily relate to the pain and suffering of other people. I could somehow sense if they are fighting a battle in their own life.
As a person, I have been keeping my emotions and sensitivity under check by connecting myself with a higher mission of helping people and making the earth a better place to live. I still believe in the Pandoras Boxes story in which everyone was happy until the box was opened.
But even after the box of suffering opened there was one thing that kept people alive HOPE. We all are unique in ourselves but we keep comparing ourselves with others and stop believing in our own brightness.
In my counselling sessions, I try to give them HOPE and ignite the fire of self-love and self-worth, which got lost in the struggles of life and to bring back the smile and sunshine in their life.
I provide consultation based on a holistic view of what a person’s planets and numbers say, as well as if their frequency and house energy are in alignment. My remedies are simple and based on herbs, candles, essential oils, symbols, mantras and yantras. They are easy to apply and be scientific in nature.
What are some of the strategies that you believe have helped you grow as a person?
There are a few:
> Being mindful
> Curiosity
> Alertness
> Believing in Magic/Universal energy
> Grounded
> Humble
In your opinion what are the keys to success?
I will say it straight that there are many factors but if you really have to have the key elements then to me these are the ones:
(a) Accepting & Loving myself.
(b) Responsibility for my actions
(c) Standing up for myself
(d) Resourcefulness
(e) Curiosity
(f) Positive Attitude
(g) Taking massive action (execution) with consistency and belief
What advice would you give to our readers?
Astrology is a science and our Rishi were amazing scientists who decades ago have written Vedic literature which even today modern scientists are referring to. Processes we do as a ritual are all scientific.
We all are interconnected and interdepended as we all are made up of one universal energy and we all are part of one cosmic plan with different roles to play.
So my advice would be to read more Vedic texts, spend time in nature, and don’t compare yourself with anyone as everyone is playing a different role. Be gentle and kind to yourself and others.
What about your journey makes it satisfying/exciting?
My achievements are happy clients. I feel joyous reading the feedback and reviews I get from them after the consultation and experiencing the results. My achievement comes from helping people.
My work is my passion, and my motivation drive is getting feedback after someone comes out of their challenging situations and thriving again with new hope and zeal.
I sometimes become low after listening to someone’s problem and feel sad inside, sensorily pray to the almighty to help them.
