What made you passionate about ‘Coaching’?

I am a very high empathetic person. Helping others heal is truly my passion. My goal is to guide my clients to find happiness and live their life to the fullest. There are certain paths that during the course of time are developed and even if we want changes don’t take place.

I believe we all are capable of making any change we desire for ourselves. Whether you are dealing with anxiety/phobia, pain, limiting belief or weight issues, hypnosis can enhance your ability and give you the tools you need to help you change what’s holding you back from repeating negative thoughts, self-sabotaging or negative self-talk habits and more.

How do you manage to keep going despite the challenges? What drives you?

I am a highly positive and self-motivating human being. Challenges are always there, life never seems to be a road of roses It’s just our inner strength and resilience which keeps us going around the hurricanes of life that too with grace and gratitude towards the people who are around us to keep us warm during low times.

A strong zeal to bring happiness and smiles to people’s life makes me forget my scars and keep me focused on their transformations.”

Who do you believe has been the biggest source of motivation in your daily life?

I am grateful to God every day for blessing me with a beautiful family which always keep their trust in me. My parents especially my mother has given me the best of my strengths. I have seen her fighting and she taught me whatever a situation is running away is never a solution.

My father taught me how to be cool and calm. Whatever the circumstances are he believed to work on humanitarian grounds only. They both have given me and my siblings an amazing upbringing. I have a  joint family, the love and learnings of my grandma keep us in love, connected and full of ethics and values. I love them and they believe me.

The love and trust of my husband Gaurav Shukla have made me reach where I am and last but not least my dearest friends (Vijay, Pooja and Sushant) of whom love, support, trust in my capabilities and motivation in my lows are just never-ending and enormous. Grateful to god again for having them around.

Please share with us, how do you motivate your clients?

When a person is at the lower side of life he either needs someone to listen and understands him or he doesn’t want to express anything. Better communication and trust-building are must required.

With all the empathy and Positivity I try to comfort my client and make him realize that I am the one who can hold his hand and can bring him away from the deep negative thoughts he is holding within.

When a kind of positive bond is established along with trust exchange of feelings and thoughts with great empathy allow me to understand my client better. I can use the language which he wants to hear and it actually works to bring out desire changes in him.

What are some of the strategies that you believe have helped you grow as a person?

There are a few:

1) Positivity

2) Gratitude

3) High Empathy

4) Resilience

5) Fighting attitude towards every up and down of life.

You are always positive and motivated, what keeps you going?

I am a happy soul. I love smiles and I love people around me to be happy. I can’t sit upset for a long time. You should do the things at least single in a day that keeps you happy and trust me it keeps us going in the long run.”

Smiles have high energies which are contagious. Happiness inside gives a feeling of content and make us strong against any odds. We can’t control the external factors to influence us. We only can focus on our internal emotions and keep our souls relaxed and mindful.

In your opinion, what are the keys to success?

Success is not a night story. A lot of passion, hard work and consistency is required to be the best version of yourself. Even putting a lot of efforts people fail. We should always keep in mind that a non-achievement is never a failure. We always achieve something even if we fail we should focus on our better version rather than evaluating our success on other grounds. Because if we focus on ourselves to be better than yesterday we will best tomorrow for sure.

Positivity, dedication, honesty towards work, acceptance of our own flaws, zeal to learn and craving to achieve our dreams are the key elements in the race of success.

What advice would you give students and young professionals who want to have a successful career?

Mistakes happen at this age as we lack experience. I want to advise our young ones to take care of their career choices. They should choose a career that keeps them going rather than just a source of income.

A healthy attitude towards life and its challenges is must required. Never lose hope if you are getting a lower moment on any day rather than think what better can be done to flip zero results into higher productivity.

Life is learning itself. We stand, we run and we fall, the real hero is who stands again and decides a yielding track again. Passion towards learning, acceptance towards mistakes and Dedication and hard work make our dreams come true.
