Interview With Salman Ansari | CEO at Talent Resourze

He is the Founder and CEO of Talent Resourze. Let’s read more about his inspiring journey so far and his advice for our growing community!

 

Excerpts from our exclusive Interview with him:

Talk us through your background and your journey as an entrepreneur, please; 

I completed my Masters and worked for 2 Fortune 500 companies prior to becoming an entrepreneur. I was a passionate individual from the beginning and always aspired to be one of the youngest achievers by delivering high performance in all walks of life. My vision is to make ordinary people extraordinary by bridging the gap what they have in their skills in order to achieve better results at a corporate workplace. I did a lot of research in this space and came out with establishing a Corporate Training company named Talent Resourze which is now located in the prime area of IT Hub, Hyderabad (HITEC City). 

Why did you choose entrepreneurship over a corporate career? 

I chose entrepreneurship because I always wanted to make it big in the corporate world.

I have always been intrigued by entrepreneurship. You see – It’s fascinating how you build something from the scratch to build an empire around it and not everyone can do it.

It takes a lot of courage, hustle, planning, perseverance, hard work, teamwork, combined with good strategy & execution skills. 

How is your product different from traditional products? Tell us more about your product and your startup’s journey this far? 

I always wanted to offer something unique to the corporate industry and hence came up with the concept of American Accent Training as most of the corporate companies deal with the US Clients and non-native speakers have a hard time while dealing with them. Delivering Quality learning with incredible methodologies is our flagship and I believe we are best at it and hence received various awards like Times Education ICON Award by The Times of India and International award as the best corporate training company In India by Corporate Vision Magazine, UK. 

Please share with us some of the challenges you faced in your journey; 

It was a challenge and I had to create a breakthrough in order to establish a brand name and thrive in the Corporate Industry. Once the brand is recognized and internationally awarded, any such challenge would no longer be a hurdle. 

 

What is your Business Mantra: Money or Emotions? 

I would say Discipline, Ethics and proper planning are our Business Mantras. A lot of people get into the business line without any expertise in order to make money where emotions turn meaningless. Money follows when your work is outstanding and I always believe that business is done with people not with money. 

How do you handle the pressure and manage stress? 

When you want to reach the stars and have a bigger vision of becoming a millionaire, the pressure and the stress are not felt. As an entrepreneur, stress is a part of the journey that has to be experienced. Stress and excitement are all part of an entrepreneur’s journey. I still remember the excitement and stress that occurred when we had our second corporate training company started at HITEC City. Sleepless nights! but it was fun.

You learn a lot every day. I believe that if things aren’t turning out to be great, then hustle and work harder. When I see phenomenal results, that’s a stress buster for me.” 

What has worked well for you so far? 

I was always believed in standing out from the rest in matters of offering our corporate training services. Creating phenomenal techniques so as to deliver the training with ease has worked out really well for our company. Using contemporary methods rather than cliché techniques along with comprehensive skills starting from American Accent to Advanced Communication and versant listening and speaking skills worked out really well for Talent Resourze. I would say it has been brilliant so far and we have much more to achieve. 

 

In your opinion what are the keys to success? 

I’d say the keys to success for me is to always focus on making your brand stand out. To Use contemporary methods in whatever you do. Plan the Company’s SOPs the right way and keep reviewing it regularly so as to make changes as per the market needs. Always be in the game. Keep interacting with your clients to better understand what they expect from a professional company. Keep raising your standards and never compromise on the quality. 

We would love to know your advice for all those starting out as an aspiring entrepreneur? 

People will criticize and doubt you. Focus on what you dreamt of and execute it in reality. Picture it the way you want it to happen. Once you can picture it, it can be converted to reality. Most of the aspiring entrepreneurs don’t like to strive and give up very easily. Keep reminding yourself that people give you value and respect you based on how successful you are.
