Let’s read more about his inspiring journey so far and his advice for our growing community!

Excerpts from our exclusive interview with him:

Talk us through your background and your journey as an entrepreneur, please;

I was born in a lower-middle-class farmer family, studied in a village government school & faced a lot of financial struggle in doing my engineering to become what I am today.

I always had a dream of doing something special and extraordinary for my society and my people, something to simplify the life of an ordinary person and serve them in the best way possible.

Currently, I am working in diversified domains as I am a business consultant ”consulting businesses and budding entrepreneurs ”, political strategist ”making strategies for MLA’s, MP’s & other deserving candidates” and a motivational speaker “given motivational speeches in various functions and seminars” and currently working on projects like managing complete marketing and sales of Yugrishi for Sudhanshu Ji Maharaj, Krishi Sanchar, MSDN and Sankalp my business app, And the thing which makes us more proud is that for my work, I have won various awards & recognitions like:

1 – “Yuva Ratna Award” by members of Padmashree for inspiring youth.

2 – Award of excellence in innovation by MyFM-Dainik Bhaskar.

3 – Got a huge welcome by the people of my own village in a felicitation ceremony.

4 – Award for Best Sales And Marketing by Yugrishi Ayurveda from Shri Sudhanshu Ji Maharaj.

5 – “Intercon” Award in Dubai for top 50 Tech Companies of the world.

My vision & goal is to create employment opportunities for hundreds of people and develop ourselves as the biggest name of trust in the industry

We are aware of all the good work you are doing in your space, what keeps you going?

My work keeps me going. I absolutely love what I do and I strongly feel if you love what you do then that itself is the greatest motivation for you to do something.

Success is not a destination, It’s a journey

Why did you choose entrepreneurship over a corporate career?

I chose entrepreneurship because I always wanted to make an impact & do something for my society. I have always been intrigued by entrepreneurship and read success stories of successful entrepreneurs. It’s fascinating how you build something from the scratch to build an Empire around it and not everyone can do it. It takes a lot of courage, planning, perseverance, hard work, teamwork, combined with Good strategy & execution skills.

During college, I chose computer science engineering because I was very passionate about the IT world. I always wanted to make such a product which is eco friendly and could be helpful for people, which is easy, economical and speedy problem-solving services. Hence came out with the concept of Sankalp my business app, which is the ledger book for all the small/medium businesses and shop keepers & Now I am working on MSDN which is a complete end to end real estate service & solution Company.

If you plan to start a business to earn money then it’s a business If you start a business to solve a problem then it’s a startup

Please share with us some of the challenges you faced in your journey;

Being a new  IT company in the industry  I had to create a breakthrough in order to establish a brand name and thrive in the IT industry.

Another challenge I encountered was the fact that I had no background in the industry nor did I know the business dynamics because my father is a farmer and mother is a homemaker, but I still chose this path as I wanted to make a difference in the society.

My parents also wanted me to get a secure job but I chose to venture into uncharted territories to make my name and I am glad I did.

What is your Business Mantra: Money or Emotions?

My problem-solving attitude, business is all about people and solving their problems is what keeps me in line and ethics do come first for me. A lot of people get into the business line in order to make money where emotions turn meaningless. But if you do what your heart wants, money follows and people always say there is no room for emotions in business.

There is no word like a problem in my dictionary because I consider my problems as challenges.

How do you handle the pressure and manage stress?

When you do what you really love, the pressure and the stress are not felt and not all in my dictionary. I still remember the excitement that occurred when the first employee was hired for the firm, it was absolutely chaotic! But it was fun. You learn a lot every day. From being independent to now heading a company with three offices (Hyderabad, Bangalore, Bhopal), with a workforce of 30 people, of an average age of 24 has been a beautiful journey as I got to learn so much from these people.

In your opinion what are the keys to success? Also, we would love to know your advice for all those starting out as an aspiring entrepreneur?

I would say it is still early for me to define success. I feel every day offers a lot of learning and I am learning a lot on this beautiful journey.

That’s what I would advise others to just start and keep learning.
