Excerpts from our exclusive interview with Swaati:

Could you please talk us through your background and your journey with Dzaro Solutions?

Namaskar, this is Swaati Tiwari, Co-founder & CEO of Dzaro Solutions – Dzaro Solutions is one of the fastest-growing IT service providers in India. We
have always believed in placing our passion in creating clever solutions. When
we work for clients who make smart investments in some of the most
intelligent technologies, it gives us a chance to help organizations realize their
true potential.

Our sourcing system for IT professionals is smarter, as it includes personal engagement along with state-of-the-art technology, allowing us to connect with the pinnacle of talent more efficiently.

I hail from a small town in MP, pursued MSc and MBA with a specialization in Business management. Possessing strong business and networking skills with a blend of strong interpersonal skills. I bring around 17 years of experience in the IT industry with almost 9 years of entrepreneurial experience. I have scaled up Dzaro Solutions to a great height with all hard work and diligence, we started with just 2 of us and currently, we are a company of 50+ team members.

I had performed various roles in Dzaro Solutions from ground to top to make it what it is today. I believe that it isn’t important to surround yourself with people who think or look or act like you but to have people who can challenge you, raise questions, and help in thinking in new ways and offer different perspectives.

If you want to achieve the GOAL you need to come out of your shell.”

‘Dzaro Solutions’ is such a unique name; talk us through more about it, please. Our audience would also love to know what kind of problem you are solving?

Dzaro Solutions – Actually another word for Dezire, our company mantra- You dezire it, we build it. It is unique as it combines my parents name Dinesh and Saroj – Rising like a sun and blooming like a lotus, pure and organic. Full of Light energy and peace.

Businesses may face temporary skill gaps within their existing teams, especially when taking on new projects or initiatives that require expertise not currently available in-house, Recruitment challenges, such as a competitive job market or a shortage of certain skills, can hinder traditional hiring processes.

Dzaro Solutions helps their clients to quickly access cost effective specialized skills for a defined period with tailor made solutions for them. We offer a more agile and cost-effective approach to managing their workforce, enabling them to stay competitive and responsive to market demands. Provide a faster solution for acquiring the skills needed for a particular project or task, helping companies meet tight deadlines and respond promptly to market demands.”

Despite the challenges, what keeps you going when things get tough?

Having a clear sense of purpose or specific goals can provide motivation. Knowing why you’re pursuing a certain path or objective can help you stay focused during difficult times.

Having a strong support system of family, team or mentors can be invaluable. Sharing your challenges and seeking advice or encouragement from others can make a significant difference.

Instead of viewing challenges as failures, consider them as learning experiences. Analyze what went wrong, understand the lessons, and use that knowledge to make informed decisions in the future.”

Acknowledge and celebrate your achievements, no matter how small. Even in challenging times, recognising progress can boost your morale and motivation.

In a day, when you don’t come across any problems – you can be sure that you are travelling in the wrong path”. So tough times are a part of our life as good times. Take risks in your life. If you win, you can lead, if you lose, you can guide.

What are the three most important lessons you have learned in your life?

Resilience: involves adapting positively to setbacks, learning from failures, and bouncing back stronger. Understanding that setbacks are a natural part of life and using them as opportunities for growth can lead to increased strength and perseverance.

Patience: helps individuals navigate challenges with a calm and composed mindset. It allows you to approach problems systematically, consider various perspectives, and find solutions without succumbing to frustration or impulsiveness. It helps to make more thoughtful and well-informed decisions. Take the time to gather information, weigh options, and consider potential outcomes before making choices.

Life and Health: If you want to be happy, do not dwell in the past, do not worry about the future and focus on living fully in the present. No amount of regret can change the past, and no amount of worrying can change the future. If you want to conquer the anxiety of life, live in the moment, live in the breath.
The greatest gift you can give to yourself is a healthy you. Health is everything.

In your opinion, what are the keys to success?

What advice would you give students and young professionals who want to have a successful career?
