What made you passionate about ‘Coaching’?

I believe that humans are born with special and unique talents which must be unleashed with the energy and power that is instilled within, to bring out an individual’s golden persona and true self-value.

I am a strong believer that mistakes are the stepping stones to success. Hence, keep learning from the mistakes of the past and keep creating benchmarks to success in future.

I believe that we are filled with limitations while our inner potential is limitless. By harvesting our own energy, we can become catalysts to our and others transformation and success that leads us from mediocrity to excellence. This is something that drives me towards handholding people to become empowered from the inside and take charge of their own lives.

How do you manage to keep going despite the challenges? What drives you?

While I began my journey as a coach, there have been challenging times because of the emotional turmoil that is attached while being into this field, but my focus was always on working towards empowering people by giving them power of their own lives where they understand the fact that they have the ability to take charge of their own lives and trust me, this is something that keep me moving forward.

I want people to feel fulfilled from the inside and this is my only aim.

Who do you believe has been the biggest source of motivation in your daily life?

My life changed around when my pillars; my family members supported me in my journey. They have been my morale booster.

One more thing that kept me motivated was my purpose of making people harness their inner strength by making them understand their hidden treasures of power and dynamism.

What are the business mantras you have embraced as you sought to establish your success story?

There are a few:

(a) Getting the right opportunity and performing to the best of your capability when you get that opportunity. To get that opportunity, I present myself as a brand. I prepare myself to give in my best shot at each and every opportunity that comes my way.

(b) Keep your next milestone ready once you achieve the present one, this will keep you motivated to keep working.

(c) There are no failures, only feedbacks and learnings.

Please share with us – what has worked well for you so far?

I keep this spirit of pushing myself out of the comfort zone and that has been my true secret of moving towards self-growth, success and empowerment.

What are some of the strategies that you believe has helped you grow as a person?

There are a few:

1) Being into my resourceful state

2) Self-love

3) I take full responsibility for my acts and failures

4) Ability to take risks & venture into uncharted territories.

You are always positive and motivated, what keeps you going?

I am a strong believer of the fact that when a person identifies their real purpose of life, that much needed motivation comes from within, without many efforts. My work and an inner desire to keep empowering lives has been my biggest motivation till date.

Of course, there have been challenging times but a few activities like morning walks, listening to music, reading and learning sessions with my mentors, have been helping me to stay positive and energetic.

In your opinion what are the keys to success?

> Self-acceptance

> Responsibility for my actions

> Standing up for myself

> Creating resources for growth

> Learning from my mistakes and failures

> Positive Attitude

> Taking actions on opportunities.

What advice would you give students and young professionals who want to have a successful career?

There are ample opportunities out there for you and your growth, keep exploring them. Identify the purpose of your life and channelize your energy in living the life of purpose. Your purpose should be something that makes you feel fulfilled from the inside and then eventually you will find all the right reasons to create value from your life and work.

We all spend most of the times of our lives, thinking about our image in the eyes of people around us and that is the pure reason of creating self-doubt which in turn makes us weak to take up anything big in our life.

Break this monotony and take up things or opportunities which makes you move out of your comfort zone because in reality, all such activities would be moving you towards your much needed success.
