This week we spoke to Deepak Chauhan, Shubham Gandhi and Piyush Gurjar to know more about their journey. They have come a long way from where they started and are still focussed on achieving more through their hard work. Today, Realshit is one of the fastest-growing channels and the best content creators on Youtube with over 2.5 Million subscribers.
With consistent efforts, hard work and determination, their passion to make people laugh have finally fructified and they have gained massive adulation from everyone. Let’s read more about their inspirational story so far!
Excerpts from our exclusive interview with Team RealSHIT (Deepak Chauhan, Shubham Gandhi And Piyush Gurjar):
RealShit is one of the best content creators so where did the idea come from?
The Idea was very random, we were in our 2nd year of college and one fine day while we were just chilling and watching random funny videos of English viners, we thought of giving a shot at it. We thought maybe we can also make people laugh in our own style. So we just started off with making a couple of videos which we never uploaded but yeah, that was the beginning of something new.
Please tell us a little bit about your team and their role!
RealShit consists of three school friends Deepak Chauhan, Shubham Gandhi And Piyush Gurjar. Initially, we did everything on our own from scripting to directing to shooting to editing the video. But now things have changed, we three mainly concentrate on just the scripting part, rest we have a team for shooting and editing of our videos.
Why did you guys choose vlogging (entrepreneurship) over a job?
It’s not that we chose Videos or Vlogging over a job from the start, till the time we were stabilising our youtube career, Shubham And Piyush also did a job just to satisfy their families while Deepak still was in his last year of college and he also got placed. But with time as our channel got stable, we quit our jobs and started giving full time on our channel, and why not, one should love the work he/ she does.
What keeps you motivated i.e. what’s your source of motivation?
Good Question! Our Source of motivation is the love we get from the people, the way they greet us when they meet, the lovely comments and messages we receive from our family (fans) is what motivates us to produce better and better content for them. Also, the fact that our families are now proud of us when their kids are known for their work. And our passion and love for what we do every day i.e. to make people laugh. It always feels great to make people smile and laugh with our work.
What advice would you give to someone starting out, particularly to aspiring bloggers/vloggers/digital media entrepreneurs?
The only advice we would give to all the aspiring entrepreneurs, your tubers, bloggers and influencers is to be very patient as things take time and be unique with what you have. Don’t just copy others. Be unique and creative!
