Let’s learn more about her incredible journey, background, and advice for our growing community!

Excerpts from our exclusive interview with Vaishali;

We are aware of your contribution to the ecosystem, talk us through your background and your journey as a women entrepreneur, please;

I did my schooling from Holy Name High School, Colaba, Mumbai and graduated with a degree of Bachelor’s in Science followed by a Diploma in Business Administration.

I belonged to a family in which everyone was working as a salaried person. I always aspired to do something different and constantly strived towards it. I worked for the State Bank Of India and got some good experience in the banking and finance sector.

The drive in me to do something different always motivated me to push my limits to achieve more success. After a successful stint of 6 years in the bank, I completed a course in Advanced Computing and worked for an organization which was one among the world’s Big 4 consulting firms.

Working in varied industries enriched my experience and built my confidence to a different level. This confidence later helped me to establish my company ‘Write Minds’ which provides services in a very different and unique niche of Handwriting Analysis and Graphotherapy.

How did you become interested in graphology, and what motivated you to pursue it as a profession?

While working in the Information Technology sector, I realized that my teenage son needs help with his academic skills. One of my friends suggested to do changes in his handwriting. I reached out to an expert and started the course. After he completed his course, I realized that at a personality level, there was a good amount of transformation in him.

He benefited through Graphotherapy specifically in his concentration level, memory retention and recalling, decision making, goal setting, health, energy levels, enthusiasm, positivity and many other aspects. He excelled in his academics as well as his career.

That’s when I realized the power of handwriting. I learned the skill of analyzing handwriting and also changed my handwriting to bring out a positive side of me. Since I benefitted immensely from this activity, I felt like spreading this knowledge to one and all who feel stuck and lost in life.

Hence, I established this initiative called ‘Write Minds’ through which we analyze handwriting and give Graphotherapy services for the age group of 25 to 50 years old individuals.

‘Write Minds’ is such a unique name; talk us through more about it, please. Our audience would also love to know what kind of problem you are solving?

Handwriting is a reflection of thoughts from our subconscious mind which include the beliefs and limitations that we may have formed due to circumstances around us. These thoughts shape our character and eventually personality. If personality is reflected in handwriting, then by changing handwriting we can change our thoughts.

Thus, through Graphotherapy, we can create or rather re-write a new blueprint of our thoughts. This is as good as we are writing our own future and achieving inner growth and personal transformation. Hence, the name Write Minds which helps in creating a mindset that believes in achieving success for ourselves. At Write Minds, we provide 2 types of services namely Handwriting Analysis and Graphotherapy.

Handwriting Analysis is the interpretation of handwriting to understand personality traits, behavioral patterns, and psychological characteristics of individuals. It helps us to know strengths, areas of improvement with respect to self-esteem, stress levels, creativity, communication skills, anxiety, trauma, relationship harmony and also areas of interest with respect to career. Why a person behaves the way he does with his family, friends, at work or any other place is better understood through handwriting.

Graphotherapy guides individuals with correct handwriting formations to bring about holistic healing and positive changes in their personalities. This helps them to achieve greater heights of success on the four pillars of life namely health, relationships, career and money.

What do you believe is the biggest misconception people have about Handwriting analysis and Graphotherapy, and how do you address it in your practice?

There are many misconceptions about handwriting such as Handwriting Analysis is only used for personality assessment or its only applicable to cursive writing or it cannot be done remotely or through online mediums. However, the biggest misconception is many people think that it’s a form of psychic or mystical practice and that it can accurately predict future events.

In reality, handwriting is a reflection of the individual’s personality. Think of your personality as a vast jigsaw puzzle. Each piece is valuable in making the picture complete but still, it is only one piece.

Analyzing handwriting is similar to piecing together this jigsaw puzzle, where each stroke and curve represents a piece of the overall picture of someone’s personality.

There is a thought pattern associated with every personality aspect. We write the way we do because we think the way we do. Our thought habits are reflected in the neurological patterns in the brain. In short, our handwriting is an undistorted mirror of how we see ourselves and the world. It is neither right nor wrong. It is merely how we see.

How do you manage to keep going despite the challenges? What drives you?

Doing Graphotherapy on a daily basis gives me immense energy and enthusiasm to concentrate and help many people in their life. I keep pushing forward by maintaining a positive mindset and focusing on the end goal, regardless of the obstacles encountered. It also helps in setting and achieving higher goals for myself and my clients.

My passion for helping others and seeing the positive impact of my work serves as my driving force, motivating me to persevere through challenges and continue making a difference. At the end of the day, the relief that my clients get when they know their own personality strengths and weaknesses through their handwriting is my drive towards resolving these challenges.

In my day-to-day life, I meet many people who can resolve their challenges after getting insights into their personalities and limitations. As a result, they look at their life from a different perspective after handwriting analysis sessions. This helps them in achieving a balanced approach in their life through improved confidence. This is my biggest source of motivation.

Can you discuss any ongoing research or projects you are involved in within the field of graphology?

Graphology is applied in many fields such as career, health, relationships, financial, spiritual and overall well-being. I have recently worked on two different initiatives. The first one is a research paper on co-relating 7 chakras with handwriting. Another project was a pro-bono activity for some schools supported by an NGO.

The work was related to teaching the correct formations in handwriting for improving memory, focus and concentration, emotional quotient, time management, goal setting, etc. The school children enjoyed the program and achieved greater academic success thereafter.

What are some of the strategies that you believe have helped you grow as a person and be successful?

1) Setting clear and achievable goals.

2) Taking action by setting priorities, creating actionable plans, and taking consistent steps toward goals.

3) Following daily routine activities such as Graphotherapy, exercise, meditation, and journaling to promote health, productivity, and well-being.

4) Continuous learning and embracing a growth mindset by seeking new knowledge, skills, and experiences through reading and doing research by applying this knowledge in practical life.

5) Seeking feedback from mentors, peers, clients and trusted individuals to gain insights.

6) Reflecting on strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement to enhance self-awareness and personal growth.

7) Stepping out of your comfort zone by taking risks, trying new activities, and facing fears to foster growth.

By implementing these strategies consistently, have been able to enhance personal growth and lead a fulfilling life.

Can you share a success story or memorable experience from your career as a graphologist and entrepreneur?

There are many stories that I can share but I will narrate 2 of them.

1) A young adult grappling with low self-esteem, depression and social anxiety wasn’t in the best frame of mind. The intensity was so high that the parents were very worried due to suicidal tendencies.

Through a combination of handwriting analysis and confidence-building exercises, the client gradually developed a more positive self-image and increased self-as-surance. Parents were very relieved and reported that their child was feeling more empowered in social situations, could pursue new opportunities, and embrace personal growth with renewed confidence.

2) A business owner suspected an employee of theft but lacked evidence. We analyzed hand-written notes from the crime scene and compared them to employee samples. By identifying subtle handwriting differences, we implicated the culprit. The employee confessed and was caught. With the help of handwriting analysis, the business owner was able to bring the perpetrator to justice and implement measures to prevent future incidents, safeguarding their business and restoring peace of mind.

These success stories highlight the transformative power of graphology in empowering individuals to unlock their full potential, navigate life challenges, and achieve their professional aspirations.

What advice would you give students and young professionals who want to have a successful career?

> Prioritize continuous learning and skill development for career success. Stay curious and open to new experiences.

> Actively seek opportunities for growth.

> Build strong networks and relationships for career advancement.

> Set clear goals and develop a flexible plan to achieve them.

> Embrace challenges as opportunities for personal growth.

> Maintain unwavering self-belief in your abilities.

> Remember that success is a journey, requiring persistence, resilience, and passion.

Last but not least, what are the three most important lessons you have learned in your life?

Learn these lessons from life:

1) Always have a balanced approach to life.

2) Be grateful for everything that we have in life.

3) Be open to change. The adage “Change is the only thing that is constant” is applicable in every aspect of personal development.
