Excerpts from our exclusive interview with her:

Talk us through your background and your journey as a women entrepreneur, please;

I was born in a small town Teosa in Maharastra and did my schooling, graduation in arts from Amravati. I was always a self-determined, passionate individual and have always aspired to do things that are not easy for other girls hailing from a small town and achieve success. Although I was an average in studies however I was excellent at conversations and convincing people. That led me to choose my career as a Sales Professional. I started my career as an automotive sales professional, and now with more than a decade of work experience, I have worked in automotive and IT as Sales, Business Development, Operations, and Customer support. My journey into Entrepreneurship was all started when I was working for Mercedes Benz and my husband Satyajeet Pradhan all set to start his own venture. He is mostly into Product, Technology, and Operations and he wanted someone, excellent at Sales joining him. That’s where I thought it is a chance to nurture my entrepreneurial dream and thus I expressed my interest to him.

He was sceptical at the beginning as he wanted to have one stable monthly income to run the family however he was also confident that we together can achieve the goal much quicker. That’s where I quit my job and started my journey as a women entrepreneur.

It has been a tremendous journey so far with a lot of ups and downs and of course immense struggle, hardships. It’s not easy for a married woman to drive a venture from the front and be on toes to talk, meet clients to generate business, and in parallel take care of the family as well. However, my husband, in-laws, friends, and most importantly my team at Bizydale Nets have been consistent sources of support and motivation.”

How is your product different from traditional products? Tell us more about your product and your startup’s journey this far?

Bizydale Nets is a new-age tech powerhouse and are the best reach for digital transformation. Our start-of-art Products in Augmented Reality, Virtual Reality with a blend of AI(Artificial Intelligence) are one of the hotcakes designed to make businesses stand unique and have a deeper penetration in the market.

Please share with us some of the challenges you faced in your journey;

Being a woman in a male-dominated Sales was a huge challenge and I had to create a breakthrough in order to establish a brand name and thrive in the Technology industry.

Another challenge I encountered was the fact that I had a very limited background in the industry nor did I knew well the business dynamics, but I decided to give a try as I wanted to support my husband and be an asset in his startup venture. Along with that, I had time management and financial challenges as we both had quit our jobs and were full time nurturing our startup. However, with the mentorship of Satyajeet, I had started learning the keys to success.

What is your Business Mantra: Money or Emotions?

Money is the by-product of emotions. Here, Emotions mean the inner thrive to keep moving until you achieve the Money to spend on luxuries, for self and team.

How do you handle the pressure and manage stress?

Stress, excitement, and nervousness are all part of an entrepreneur’s journey. When you do what you really love, the pressure and the stress doesn’t bother you. Also, I have a lot of patience and keep myself engaged in extracurricular activities to keep myself stress-free.

In your opinion what are the keys to success?

3Ps i.e Persistence, Perseverance, and Patience are the keys to success. Adding to that is self-belief and love what you are doing.

We would love to know your advice for all those starting out as an aspiring women entrepreneur?

Women Entrepreneurs should believe in their strength and work towards excellence.

It is rightly said by someone that starting a company is like getting married and having a kid. We need to invest, patiently wait for years with an expectation to get returns on the investment.”

When you’re starting out, head down, get to work, and ignore the negativity. You’ve got to get to business.
