Let’s learn more about his background, his inspiring journey so far and his advice for our growing community!

We are aware of your contribution to the ecosystem, talk us through your background and your journey as an entrepreneur, please;
Our company was founded by my dad Ram Ganglani in October 1993, and having joined the business more than 25 years ago, I have always been highly passionate about taking it to greater heights. It’s certainly has been a fulfilling experience, and I’m constantly driven to achieve more and more.
Over the last 10 years, I have proudly served as the CEO – Chief Energizing Officer. Throughout my career, my focus has always been on contributing to the ecosystem by hosting speakers, coaches, and trainers. We also organize inspiring events for leaders
What attracts you towards entrepreneurship instead of a corporate career?
The allure of entrepreneurship over a corporate career lies in the ability to create something meaningful and directly influence the success of our business.
The freedom to innovate, take risks, and pursue my vision is invigorating. Entrepreneurship allows me to forge my own path, aligning my goals with my values and passions.

How do you manage to keep going despite the challenges? What drives you?
Challenges are integral to an entrepreneur’s journey. My unwavering passion for what I do, a clear vision of my goals, and a belief in the value we provide keep me going.
Witnessing the positive impact of our work on leaders and their organizations serves as a constant motivator. Challenges are opportunities for learning and growth, and I embrace them, continuously finding innovative solutions to overcome obstacles.
Who do you believe has been the biggest source of motivation in your daily life?
The exceptional leaders I work with every day are a tremendous source of motivation in my life. Their dedication, resilience, and thirst for growth inspire me to consistently improve and provide the best possible support.
Furthermore, the unwavering support and encouragement from my family and close friends serve as a perpetual source of motivation.
What are some of the strategies that you believe have helped you grow as a person?
Several strategies have contributed to my personal growth:
Firstly, being open to learning and continuously seeking new knowledge and experiences.
Secondly, I surround myself with diverse perspectives and a strong support network.
Lastly, I prioritize self-reflection and personal development, including taking care of my physical and mental well-being. These strategies have helped me evolve as a leader and continue to learn and grow.
In your opinion what are the keys to success?
In my opinion, the keys to success include having a clear vision and goals, a strong work ethic, persistence in the face of challenges, continuous learning, adaptability, effective communication, building meaningful relationships, and a passion for what you do.
It’s also crucial to embrace failures as learning opportunities and maintain a positive mindset throughout the journey.
What advice would you give students and young professionals who want to have a successful career?
For students and young professionals aspiring to have a successful career, my advice would be to follow your passion, identify your strengths, and leverage them to create value.
Seek out mentors who can guide and support you along the way. Continuously invest in learning, both academically and through practical experiences. Embrace challenges, be willing to take risks, and never stop pushing yourself to grow. Remember that success is a journey, and persistence is key.
Last but not least, what are the three most important lessons you have learned in your life?
The three most important lessons I’ve learned in my life are:
(1) Embrace failure and view it as an opportunity to learn and grow. Failure is not a reflection of your worth but a stepping stone toward success.
(2) Never stop learning and seeking new knowledge. The world is constantly evolving, and staying curious and adaptable is crucial.
(3) Surround yourself with positive and supportive individuals who uplift and inspire you to be the best version of yourself.
