She is an Influencer, Educator, Leader, Change Enabler, Mentor, Advisor & Board Member of many NGOs and currently the President of All India Council of Human Rights and Liberties and Social Justice. Let’s read more about her incredible journey so far and her advice for our growing community!

Excerpts from our exclusive interview with Kaushaki:

We are aware of your contributions to education, women empowerment and humanity services, talk us through your background and your journey, please;

I am an Educator, President of the State of women Empowerment – All India Council of Human Rights and Liberties and Social Justice, Global goodwill Influencer,  Women chamber commerce and Industry cybersecurity state head Sikkim, National Education council Global chamber commerce and Industry member, Chief Advisor of many National and International NGOs. To spread the wisdom and understanding I gained about humanity, I host and participates in live sessions, also is a certified content writer. I am the editor and a vital part of the board of advisory of the National Council for News Broadcasting.

On top of that, I am working as a teacher in India. I conduct movement called #INNOVATIVEINDIA for many NGOs and thus helps with equal access to education for everyone to be educated. I strongly state that every human being has to consider sharing and helping through their profession.

In order to create better awareness and understanding among the people, I share my wisdom through live sessions with Indian professors, Harward professors, Teachers from the UK, USA, Greece, Croatia etc. Also am entitled and recognized by the government of India for my contributions and service for the COVID-19 relief.”

I was born in Agra, Uttar Pradesh, India. My childhood was filled with care and love from my joint family. I grew up seeing and hearing various human values. This instilled a sense of humanity and the need to serve strongly in my heart.

Even my early teenage was filled with an urge to learn more about life rather than just studying like other students. I was also lucky enough to grow in the same kind of household.”

I graduated from B.com, B.Ed and MBA in finance and university teaching of Honk Kong. In 2013 I got married and was in the USA for the next two years. During my stay in the US, I was intimidated by the independent women of the community and wished for the same in my nation. So I wrote a letter to the All India Council Of Human Rights, Liberties & Social Justice and was offered the righteous position of the president of women empowerment.

Please share with us your inspiration?

Without a doubt, my inspiration is my father. For instance, from my childhood, I grew up witnessing my father do service up to his power. In this modern world, many assume service is about money. My father disproved it free from doubt. He invested his time. He invested his time to listen to people’s grief. Just having a person to listen gave the opposite person hope and strength to face it. He also insisted me to keep some part of my resource to others in a month, money or time. This thought created a great impact on my life.

Secondly, I spent my youth servicing in a Mother Teresa foundation in Agra. One exquisite day, I saw an Acid-attack victim spend her time and money in educating the impoverished children. This one visual motivated me to serve the human race. It set in the fire to help and share. Once I started serving with purpose, I felt my emptiness being filled with satisfaction.”

Lastly, the learning of Geeta. The importance of four Yugas – Sath, Treta, Dvapara, and Kali. In Sath yuga, good and evil lived in separate worlds. In Treta yuga good and evil lived separately on earth. In Dvapara Yuga, good and evil resided in a family. In Kali Yuga, good and evil reside inside an individual.”

I also talked about how living a conscious life can help humankind to live in the present and enjoy the positive alone in one’s life. Not talking about the negative can itself manifest into positive energy. I believe it to clear our karma chakra. All these ideologies are which we lives by. I enrich myself with a positive aura and unites humanity by the soul.

How did you discover your passion?

I wanted to take up Moral Science classes even after seventh grade as learning about life, self and society was my keen interest. I was disappointed with the Indian education system in which life lessons are stopped being taught right after seventh grade. I feel that these lessons can help emphasize the concept of equality. It would give children and teenagers the strength to share grief and talk about their problems rather than isolating them.

The sense of equality among everyone will create a sense of bond and trust to share. It would help in laying a very strong foundation to overcome depression and any sort of problems that they would face in life with proper guidance and community support. I desire for a society where it is okay for boys to cry as humans have the rights to express emotions and irrespective of gender and creed everyone is humans”

In a nutshell, passion for creativity and constant learning is accompanied by the thrill of production.

What is your professional motto?

My professional motto is –

“If I can’t help you, I know someone who can”

We need women who are so strong they can be gentle, so educated they can be humble, so fierce they can be compassionate, so passionate they can be rational, and so disciplined they can be free.

With so much going on, how do you start the day to keep your passion alive?

My internal energy drives me to do something new, every day. To build that kind of energy early in the day, I have a practice of visualizing my work outcomes and connecting them with my long-term choices.

Also, I make sure that my professional activities and behaviour are a true expression of my self. That eliminates any dissonance between who I am and what I am doing on daily basis. With that, passion just develops on its own.

In your opinion what are the keys to success?

Self-awareness, collaboration, constant pursuit, and integrity are the keys to success.”

On the time scale, it may take some individuals much longer to achieve their goals, but the satisfaction of making progress in the right direction is success in itself. When we help others to raise, we raise automatically.

Kaushaki Sondhi

We know that you are continuously engaged in helping others achieve their goals. Why do you do that?

No one owns this planet and thus have no rights to reserve resources for themselves. To live by this, I started the #INNOVATIVEINDIA project which served as a platform for connectivity of various NGOs. Currently, ten NGOs have been connected. As mentioned I mainly concentrate on free education.

“We need women who are strong that they can be gentle.

So educated, they can be humble.

So fearless, they can be compassionate.

So passionate, they can be irrational.

So disciplined that can be free”.

— Kavita N. Ramdas

I mean to say women have an energy that is emotionally evolved to establish a spiritual connection. With this wisdom, I empower not just women but for humanity by my service. And will continue to.

What advice would you give students and young professionals who want to have a successful life?

1) Help build each other up. We’re all in this together

2) Empathy and an open mind are important for global citizens. Learning will spring from both

3) Give back by volunteering. It will help in many ways
