Excerpts from our exclusive interview with Yogendra:

What gets you out of bed in the morning i.e. what’s your source of motivation?

Good Question. I would say not just in the morning but at night as well. I believe my PURPOSE and PASSION are the biggest sources of motivation for me. I firmly believe that Purpose is the strongest force in the human universe. Once you find your purpose and passion you don’t need any external source of motivation. I love to inspire people and contribute positively to their lives. The smile on their faces and their transformation stories fuel me to take more action and create more impact. Their Love, Gratitude and affection showers loads of blessings on me. The longing to earn more blessings keeps me on toes all the time.

How do you find the industry/niche that you’re in?

I had a very good memory, will power and concentration power and I knew that most of the students are facing problem in these areas. So my first Niche was students. It’s a big niche and highly profitable as well. I knew I have an opportunity to create a huge impact.

What challenges/obstacles did you face in your journey so far?

Money:  I was born in a very lower-middle-class family in a village near Ajmer. So Money was a big obstacle for me to start my coaching and public speaking business.

Convincing my parents: My parents wanted me to do Job and convincing them for starting a business was not an easy task.

Stage Phobia: When I was in 6th Class I got blank on stage while giving a speech after receiving the award. People laughed at me and that induced stage phobia in me. I stayed away from the stage for the next 8 years. I even got blanked on stage in my first program in a school. But this time I decided to overcome this stage phobia and loads of practice I completely eliminated it. I have shared this story on the YouTube channel of JOSH TALKS.

Lack of mentorship in building a company and big business out of your personal brand.

What comes first for you – money or emotions?

Emotions mean “external motion” it is the force that moves 60 trillion cells ( Body) into action. So Emotion is an obvious first choice. Money is a simple unit of VALUE. The only way we can earn money is by creating value in our client’s life. In order to create relevant value, you must understand their emotions and pains. People make a buying decision on the basis of emotions, not on logic. Therefore I focus first on emotion. The money will come in abundance if we can create an emotion of value in clients’ heart.

How do you handle the pressure and manage stress?

Yoga and Meditation:

-I am an advanced level Yoga and Meditation Practitioner. So stress and pressure are not part of my life. Moreover, I love my work so much that I never feel stressed about it.

-I also keep a balance between my personal and professional life. Most of the stress is coming from various kind of imbalance we create in life.

-I take proper sleep

-I put only nutritious healthy Food in the body.

What is one strategy that you believe has helped you grow as a person?

I believe that your business growth can never outgrow your personal growth. I keep investing in myself to upgrade my knowledge and skills. We update the I-phone but forget to update ‘I’.

In your opinion what are the keys to success?

I have followed 6 principles in my journey:

The biggest awakening moment for me was that when I realised that the biggest law of creation is:

Your outer world is a reflection of the Inner World. If we want to change the fruit we need to change the root.

1 – Gratitude is the key to abundance and success.

2 – Following the path of passion and purpose makes the journey of success smooth and effortless.

3 – Dream Big and go beyond your fears and doubts.

4 – Develop resilience and unwavering Focus.

5 – Never give up!
