Excerpts from our exclusive interview with Paridhi:

Could you please talk us through your background and your journey?

I am a nutritionist and a health consultant. I was 82 kg and a hypothyroid patient. I was not able to reduce my weight, even though I consulted a lot of
One day I was scrolling my phone and checked Google how to reduce weight
and started learning what BMI is, and I also stumbled upon terms like calories, gluten-free diet, Vegan diet etc.
That’s when I started studying it deeply and started my research around these topics. I also started following the practices and carefully selected my diet.

I started witnessing significant results and the diet I was taking translated into excellent results. I managed to reduce 25 kgs of weight.”

The idea stuck in my mind that I should share this with others who are struggling like me. That’s how it all started and I now have a good number of clients who have achieved similar results.

How did you discover your passion?

Like I said, I struggled with many health conditions like HypoThyroid and High BP. There was a constant voice within me that said something needs to change.

With a lot of efforts, I managed to achieve the results and once I improved my health conditions with my hard work and regular diet and healthy lifestyle, I realized there are more people around the world facing the same situation who might need my help and I started working on this idea.

Who do you believe has been the biggest source of motivation in your daily life?

My willpower was my motivation and I was always eager to become a healthy person and become fit. This has been my constant reminder. In fact, even today, I look at the areas of improvement and am still working on it
